Students who come to school on the bus should return home on the bus unless they have a signed note from their parent/guardian. Riding the school bus is a privilege. Improper conduct on the bus will result in that privilege being denied by the bus company. Only regularly-scheduled bus students are to ride the school buses. Bus students are to go immediately to the buses as soon as they are dismissed from school in the afternoon. A few helpful rules apply:
- Bus riders should never tamper with the bus equipment.
- Do not throw anything out the window.
- Bus riders are not permitted to leave their seats while the bus is in motion.
- The bus driver will assign seating to students (students will be given an initial preference).
- Students taking any late bus must have a late bus pass.
